Donations can only be made by individuals/entities capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Donors must provide accurate personal and payment details.
The initial contribution of ₹300 (or higher, if chosen) is treated as a voluntary donation to Kamarajar Foundation. Donations are not payments for any goods or services.
Once processed, donations are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except in cases of duplicate or erroneous transactions as defined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Digital receipts will be generated after successful donation. Donors can download receipts only from their User ID / Account on the platform. No physical or email receipts will be issued.
All donations will be used by Kamarajar Foundation solely for its objectives in education, healthcare, and social development initiatives. Donors cannot direct or restrict how their contributions are utilized.
Personal and payment information provided will be used only in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store card/UPI/bank details.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
Kamarajar Foundation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official website.
