After a successful donation, a digital receipt is generated. Donors can download the receipt directly from their User ID / Account on our platform.
The receipt will display donor name, transaction ID, donation amount, and date. This digital receipt is the official acknowledgment of your donation.
For any errors in your receipt, contact us within 7 working days of the transaction for correction.
